Can I change or cancel my monthly gift?
Yes, any time. Sign in to your Donorbox donor account, or use the link in your receipt email.
When do I get my shirt?
After your second monthly gift. We will email you when it is ready, with pickup days and hours.
Where do I pick it up?
At 505 Ellesmere Rd, Unit 4, Scarborough, ON M1R 4E5, or at any One Love event. Shirts are pickup only.
I live outside the GTA. Can I still join?
Of course. Just let us know when we email about your shirt size.
Is my gift tax-deductible?
One Love Family Services is a registered Canadian non-profit, not a registered charity, so we cannot issue charitable tax receipts. You will receive an email receipt for your records.
How is my gift used?
Every monthly gift goes to the One Love Table monthly food hamper program.
