One Love Table is a food support program of One Love Family Services, a registered nonprofit organization in Ontario. We provide monthly culturally appropriate food hampers to individuals and families experiencing food insecurity across the Greater Toronto Area

Food support should never come at the cost of dignity.

Who We Are

One Love Family Services distributes monthly food hampers through curb side pickup and through volunteers delivering to clients across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA)

One Food Hamper contain 5 staple foods plus assorted items

1 bottle of 1 litre Oil
1 Pack of chickpeas or channa
1 Pack of 2.5 kg Flour
1 Pack of 2.5 kg Rice
1 Pack of Pasta

AND

1 pack of corn meal
or 1 tin makerrel
or 1 pack of red kidney beans
or 1 tin of tuna
or 1 tin of corned beef
or 1 tin of sardine
or 1 tin of spinach
